Peanut Butter Pretzel Bites


Ingredients:

  • 1/2 package caramels (approx. 25 caramels)
  • 2 tablespoons butter, cubed
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 2 1/2 cups mini pretzels
  • 9 ounces chunky peanut butter
  • 1/2 package white almond bark (approx. 13 ounces)
  • 6 ounces milk chocolate chips
  • 6 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions:
  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt caramels with butter and water, stir until smooth. Spread one side of each pretzel with 1 teaspoon peanut butter; top with 1/2 teaspoon caramel mixture. Place on waxed paper-lined baking sheets. Refrigerate until set.
  2. In a microwave, melt almond bark and chocolate chips until smooth. Using a small fork, dip each pretzel into the chocolate mixture until completely covered; shake off excess. Place on waxed paper. Let stand until set. Store in an airtight container in a cool dry place.
Yield: 60+ treats
