Ingredients:
- 1 pint or more of each of the following: sliced strawberries, blueberries, sliced mango, sliced kiwi, raspberries
- 5 ounces of dried apricots, chopped
- ½ cup white chocolate chopped
- 2/3 cup pistachios, unsalted and chopped
Directions:
- Layer fruit in glass bowl. Sprinkle with apricots, white chocolate and nuts. Serve with custard sauce on the side.
Custard Sauce
Ingredients:
- 1 cup heavy/whipping cream
- 2 egg yolks
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions:
- Heat cream just until it comes to a boil. Beat egg yolks and sugar in a bowl. Gradually, whisk hot cream into egg mixture. Return to pan and cook until slightly thickened. Stir in vanilla. Cool and chill. This can be prepared in advance.
