Manchego Cheese with Honey Brown Butter Sauce


 Ingredients:
  • 1 stick butter
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 pound Manchego cheese wedge 
  • sea salt
Directions:
  1. Melt butter in small saute pan, and cook until it turns a golden brown. 
  2. Drizzle in honey and stir to incorporate. 
  3. Pour over cheese wedge and sprinkle with sea salt.
