Lemonade Sangria


 Ingredients:
  • 1 can (12 oz) frozen raspberry lemonade concentrate
  • 1 bottle (750 ml) sweet white wine (such as Riesling or Gewurztraminer)
  • 1 pkg. (12 oz.) frozen mixed berries
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 2 c. chilled club soda

Directions:
  1. Mix concentrate and wine in a large pitcher until concentrate is dissolved. 
  2. Add frozen berries and lemon slices.  Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour or until chilled and ready to serve.
  3. Just before serving, stir in club soda.  
Yield: 6 servings
